Procedures

  1. The applicant shall fill the purchase requisition and sign it by the head of the geographic information division.
  2. The applicant shall pay the amount due for these maps in the Directorate of Finance Affairs/ Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources and deliver the receipt to the geographic information division.
  3. The maps shall be delivered to the applicant on a CD or DVD.

  • Purchase requisition form/ private sector.
  • University ID/ university students.
